About Me

I am Rebecha  Sullivan, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 25 years of experience providing mental health services to adolescents and adults.  

Over the years, I've worked with people facing a wide range of challenges, including ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, parenting challenges and major life transitions

I believe therapy works best when it is collaborative. You are the expert on your own life, and my role is to provide a supportive, nonjudgemental environment where we can understand what is happening, identify what you want to change and develop practical strategies to help you move forward.
